DERTON Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026

Controller/operator: KANON Systems, Inc., operating DERTON

Information we process

DERTON processes photographs you upload, selected product information, and generated try-on images to provide virtual try-on. We also process session and technical information needed to operate the service, protect security, and respond to support requests.

How information is used

Images are processed automatically to create and display virtual try-on results. DERTON does not use your photographs for advertising or to train models.

Service providers

Technology service providers engaged to deliver DERTON may process information needed for image processing, hosting, security, and service operation. Processing may take place in countries other than your own.

Image retention

Original photographs and successful try-on results remain available while your session is active. After the session ends, access is revoked and scheduled cleanup removes these images from DERTON’s working storage. If a technical error prevents deletion, an image may remain in storage while cleanup is retried. Closing the try-on overlay alone does not end a session.

Selected images from unsuccessful generations may be retained separately for technical diagnostics. Access to these diagnostic images expires after 72 hours, after which they become eligible for automatic deletion by scheduled media maintenance. If a technical error prevents physical deletion, an image may remain in storage while deletion is retried; physical deletion may therefore occur later than 72 hours. Non-image service and usage records may be retained as needed for security, business records, or legal obligations.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information and restrict access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority. To ask a privacy question or exercise your rights, contact support@getderton.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will be available on this page.
